Return & Refund Policy Hassle Free Returns - Love It Guarantee
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible products that were purchased directly through our website within 30 days of purchase date. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted by emailing our Care team at care@blisii.com with your blisii order number in order to initiate a return.
Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Opened or used items may be eligible for a partial refund. Items that have been damaged and are not covered by warranty are not eligible for return.

US CUSTOMERS (excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Alaska)
Cost of return shipping labels will be deducted from the final refund amount. We offer FREE returns for all orders returned for exchange or store credit.
HAWAII, ALASKA, GUAM & PUERTO RICO
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and all territories outside of the lower 48 states.
WRONG OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
We are sorry to hear about the issue with your order. If you received a wrong or incorrect item, please email us at care@blisii.com with your order number and a photo of the item received within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receiving your returned item, it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be inspected, processed, and refunded.
REFUND TIMELINE
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days. The funds should appear in your bank within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank provider.
- Store Credit: If you selected store credit, you will receive a gift card code via email once your return has been approved.
Warranty Information
blisii products purchased directly on our website are eligible for a 30 day manufacturing warranty, which covers product defects not caused by customer use or washing. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing care@blisii.com with your order number and photos of the defect. Approved warranty claims will be resolved through product replacement or store credit.
The following issues are not covered by our 30 day warranty:
- Shrinking fabrics
- Discoloration from laundry detergent or color bleeding
- Uneven fill after washing
- Damage caused by removing the tags or safety labels
- Damage caused by tampering with the zipper seam or closure
- Damage caused by improper use or washing
