Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. During major sales events, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days via standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping to all contiguous 48 states is $9.99 for orders below $100. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Please note that Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico are excluded from this offer and have their own shipping rates — please refer to the Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico section for more details.

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be automatically sent to your email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folders. You can also contact us at care@blisii.com and we will resend it promptly.

Yes! Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order reaches the qualifying amount.

Returns & Exchanges
If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes, you can cancel it via the link in your order confirmation email. You will receive a cancellation and refund confirmation email from blisii within 24 hours.
If it has been over 30 minutes since your order was placed, please email us at care@blisii.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note: If a shipping label has already been created, we will not be able to cancel your order and you will need to follow the return process.
If you need to change the color of your order, please email us at care@blisii.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If it has been over 30 minutes since your order was placed and a shipping label has not yet been created, please email us at care@blisii.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

Once a shipping label has been created: We are unfortunately unable to modify the address at that point. Please email us at care@blisii.com with your order number and we will do our best to find a solution.
We cannot make edits to billing information. Due to privacy policies and for the protection of our customers, our team does not have access to those details. If you receive an order number or confirmation email, your purchase has cleared on our end and it will ship to the shipping address provided at checkout.
